Introduction:
ADD-Chem Germany can offer processing aids for all PVC and applications. There are five different application areas
1.) Processing aids for injection moulding
2.) Processing aids which increase the flowing properties
3.) Processing aids for foam
4.) Processing aids for transparent film and film-products
5.) Processing aids for profile- and pipe extrusion

The ADD-Chem processing aids are primarily used in profiles, sheets, tubes and foam in the board industry.

Introduction

These flow aids are copolymers which are produced with an ACR monomers with latex. These flow aids represent high molecular weight products, which are mounted on a multilayer structure.

Characteristics and applications:

When processed PVC by injection with high-molecular flow agents of this series, you can see the white streaks that eliminate frequently occur around the injection point. In addition, you can still generate a closed surface and increased gloss. Furthermore, improvements in the physical properties of the final product were often obtained.

Introduction

The flow aid ADD PA 175 is a flow aid with acrylatischer Eigengleitwirkung. These flow aids are used, where one wants to reduce adhesion and adhesion tendency of the melt. Therefore, they are often found in the films and foam industry. Other applications include the bottles, plates, profiles and pipes, industrial.

Characteristics and applications:

When processed PVC with ADD-PA 175, various properties of the compound are altered positively. Among other things, the adhesion tendency of the melt is significantly reduced and thus achieved a better flow of the PVC melt from the hot metal surfaces. The reduced tendency to adhere the service life is improved because it is to reduce the burner inclination of the hot melt. In addition, you can still generate a closed surface and improved gloss. Characteristics and applications:

This acrylic PVC flow aids, which are produced by the spray process, used particularly for low density foams. Special Apply this flow aids in PVC foam pipes, multilayer pipes, foam boards and foam profiles. By adding our flow aids plasticizing improving and increasing the viscosity of the melt so that an optimum bubble may form. The result is a better foam structure, lower density and better surface texture with a higher gloss.

This product series has been developed for use in transparent applications such. B. films. Here are the major factors an excellent distribution and the optimal transparency of the final products.

These flow aids are copolymers containing functional groups or organic and inorganic raw materials, which are partly made with nanomaterials and modifiers in the complex.
